2010 Chapter Coordinator's Conference:

Safe Kids Wyoming had a record turn out to this years Chapter Coordinator’s Conference with 30 attendees and 13 of the 16 Chapters or Coalitions represented.  The conference was held June 27th through 29th in Douglas.  Thank you to the Wyoming Department of Health for making this conference possible.

Safe Kids USA’s representative, Dan Orzechowski, was also in attendance and talked about new changes going on in Safe Kids USA and what they can do to help Safe Kids Wyoming. Other topics that were presented and discussed were Gaining Partners and Contributions, Running and Organizing a Weekly Car Seat Inspection Station, the 10 Areas of Childhood Injury Prevention and Protect Our Future.  A New Chapter Orientation was also held.
